20-Week Challenge

Please note that entries for the first 2012 challenge are now open. You’ll need to register Your details here to take part. Don’t forget to list me as Your trainer and take advantage of a purely holistic approach to lifestyle change that is sustainable, effective and FUN!

You will need a personal training session at least once a month in order to meet the minimum standards for the challenge, although studies show that strength training at least once a week is the best way to lose fat and gain muscle, and fast. You are also welcome to reserve a spot in my Gymstick™ classes to increase Your cardio output and help with improving strength, flexibility and muscle tone.

As an OXYGEN entrant, You will receive a 10% off Your entry fee (simply put “pascale” or “oxygen” as the promo code when You sign up) and a complimentary starter pack that includes a bunch of goodies to help You on your way through the challenge.

8 The Circus World Best Change in Flexibility
9 TBC Best Improvements to Balance – standing on 1 leg for example or kneeling on a swissball.
10 The Mike Catton Best Lifestyle Changes – useful if you intend on altering lots of your lifestyle choices for the better, or a few in a major way!
11 The nWow! Entrants Choice – for goals not otherwise covered like, overcoming an injury,  giving up smoking, having more energy, being less stressful etc.
12 The Mike Catton Maintenance Award - only available to entrants who have already done a 20 week competition before this category rewards entrants for maintaining the previous great results that they have achieved.

Extra Awards! (If You qualify for one of the following categories, You will automatically be granted entry)

The Tutuman Award For those under 16 years of age
The Pure Health and Wellbeing New Mums Award For entrants who have had a baby in the last 18 months

The 20-week options below are available, but I can also alter them slightly or tailor an entirely new package to suit You. A 10% deposit is required within the first 2 weeks of You starting your training. Finance can be arranged to suit Your budget for the remainder of Your course during our initial consultation:

  • 40 x Gymstick™ classes (40 mins each)
