Personal Training
All Personal Training sessions at OXYGEN Fitness Excellence® are tailored to Your individual health and fitness desires, which will be established during your first complimentary session with me (and more comprehensively at the start of Your journey!). These sessions are as intensive as You wish them to be, and can be either strength-dominant sessions, cardio-dominant sessions or a mixture of both, or a relaxation session to de-stress, or simply a time to talk and do some light movement with company – so each session is as flexible as You want it to be. If You enjoy the complimentary service offered, You are welcome to keep me on as Your Trainer and Lifestyle Coach and I will continually provide You with the following:
- Unlimited email and phone access, at any time of the day/week.
- Individual attention during sessions suited to Your timetable
- Personalised fitness programming with Your solutions and desires in mind, that monitor Your progress
- Consistent health checks, goal-setting and goal-achieving
- A clear understanding of the benefits of strength training (and ladies, it WON’T make You bulky!)
- Motivational stimuli suited to your unique style of learning and adaptability
- Free updates from the scientific field, if You are interested
- Nutrition tips and tested and trusted recipes that help You to continually burn fat
- Workout towels and equipment
- Hands-on stretching
- A neck, shoulder and back massage post-workout to aid in Your recovery
- Refreshments and nutritious post-workout snack ideas
- OXYGEN-only discounts at various eateries, sports & clothing stores, food markets and beauticians around the city
- A friendly, honest and trustworthy Trainer, all the time

You choose the length of Your session: 30, 45 or 60 minutes.
You choose how often You wish to train: Once a week? Twice? Several times?
You choose the intensity level and what You would like me to do FOR YOU: Want to really sweat? Want to have a hand at some boxing or Capoeira? Want me to keep You company on Your morning walks?
Gym Buddies PT Sessions
Would You like a personal training session but prefer to work out with a partner or a few friends? Then try a group PT session. It’s not quite a class, not quite a one-on-one, but something entirely unique. Sessions can be up to a maximum of three people and discounts are offered depending on the number of people in Your group.
Sessions can be in the studio or in local parks around the city. To book in a session, click on the Book Now button above and choose a slot that suits You.
Gym Programming and Refreshers
If You frequent a gym and would like to get a new programme written, change up Your old one or get advice on how to bust a plateau, then come in for a 45-minute programming session with me and learn correct technique at the same time.
Programmes can be written so as to last for up to three months in progressions, and basic nutrition tips are included upon request.
All sessions are conducted out of the studio or a local park (by arrangement), however, should You need a mobile service for any reason, You are welcome to contact me to discuss Your options.
Please note: If You have prior injuries or a medical condition that may affect Your activity, You may be requested to produce a medical clearance from Your GP or other health practitioner before training can commence.

A health check form is available. You may either email this back to me prior to our meeting, or bring it along with You to Your first session. Alternatively, one will be given to You at our initial consultation.
