Shaun is an experienced personal trainer, who works hard to keep his clients focused, continually learning and motivated. He works with a variety of clients to establish a routine that will fit their lifestyle. He is an expert in fundamental movement skills and teaches his clients to use the gym as a tool for improving strength and agility.
Shaun has over 8 years’ experience working in the commercial and private sectors. He also has a background in coaching various sports at different age grades at representative and club levels.
